Targa menu XML is a new flash menu easy to use and configure by its external XML file, you can edit this configuration file with any text editor, your page visitors will only need to have macromedia flash player installed, this plugin is installed on almost any web browser. Menu has many cool features like dynamic background image, custom colors and sound volume, all configurable by its easy to use configuration file.
